Probationary Officer (PO) is basically an assistant manager of scale I in a bank. He is a junior manager of grade I scale and hence called scale I officer.

Qualificational Eligibility criteria: –

Post Graduates in any discipline from any UGC recognised University. (Excluding Post Graduate Diplomas/One year Executive MBA)

Age Limit: –

 Maximum 28 years as on 01-01-2020 (Candidate must have been born on or after 02-01-1992)

Age Relaxation: – 

05 years for SC/ST category candidates.

Pay scale (salary): – 69000/- per month.

Selection Process: –

  1. Candidates are get selected on the basis of performance in online test which is conducted by the bank.
  2. After successful qualifying online test candidates are call for interview in bank head office which is situated in mangaluru.
