Educational Qualification:-

For Assistant manager credit/ Manager Credit/ Manager Forex/ Manager Dealer:

• Graduates in any discipline and post graduate ( 2 years duration ) in any of the following: Business /Management /Finance /Bank from a university/ or any government regulatory bodies.
• CA/ICWA/CWF from a university/insinuation/Board recognized by government of India/ government regulatory bodies.

Experience required:

1. For Assistant manager credit does not required experience.
2. For Manager Credit minimum 1 year of experience in credit in public/private/foreign banks.
3. For Manager Forex minimum 3 years of experience in credit in public/private/foreign banks in dealing in interbank and cross currency deals/ handling trade finance portfolio.
4. For Manager Dealer minimum 3 years of experience in credit in public/private/foreign banks in dealing in G sec, money market, Equity, SLR and non SLR.

For Manager Security

• Graduates in any discipline from any university recognized by Govt. of India.

Experience required:

5 years as a commissioned officer in the Indian army/Navy/Air force or police officer not below the rank of deputy superintendent or Assistant commandant or equivalent rank in paramilitary forces.

For Manager Legal

• A bachelor degree in Law (LLB) and enrolled as an advocate with bar council.

Experience required:

• Enrolled as Advocate with Bar council and having 3 years of experience as practicing advocate at Bar. OR
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Legal Officer in Public / Private / Foreign Banks.

For Manager Risk Management

• Graduate in any discipline and Post Graduate (2 years duration) in any of the following: Business / Management / Finance Banking/ Statistics/ Econometrics.

Experience required:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in credit in public/private/foreign banks.

For Sr. Manager Risk Management

• Graduate in any discipline and Post Graduate (2 years duration) in any of the following: Business/ Management/ Finance/ Banking/ Statistics/ Econometrics/ Economics/ Risk Management/ Mathematics from a University / Institution / Board recognized by Government of India / Government regulatory bodies.
• Graduate in any discipline and FRM from GARP.

Experience required:

• Minimum 3 years of Experience in Public / Private / Foreign Banks of which 2 years’ experience in Risk Management Department.
