Chartered Accountant
| Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution with Membership of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). The Membership of ICAI must have been obtained on or before 01-01-2020. |
Company Secretary
| Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with Associate membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). The Membership of ICSI must have been obtained on or before 01-01-2020. |
Finance
| BBA (Finance/Banking) / BMS (Finance/Banking) with 50% marks. OR Two years full time P.G. Diploma in Management (Finance) / Full time MBA (Finance) degree from Institutions. OR Bachelor of Financial and Investment Analysis with 50% marks. |
Human Resource Management
| BBA (Human Resource Management)/ BBM (Human Resource Management)/ BMS ((Human Resource Management) with 50% marks |
Statistics | Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics with 50% marks (PWBD applicants – 45%) in aggregate or Post Graduate degree in Statistics with a minimum of 50% marks (PWBD applicants – 45%) in aggregate from a recognized university |
AM (Rajbjasha) | Graduation Degree in English/Hindi medium with Hindi and English as a compulsory or elective subject with a minimum of 50% marks OR Bachelor’s Degree with Hindi and English as main subjects with a minimum of 50% marks and Candidate must be able to translate from English to Hindi and vice/versa. |
AM (Legal) | Graduation Degree in Law recognized by Bar council of India for the purpose of enrolment as an Advocate. |

Age Limit for NABARD:-
The candidate must be between 21 and 30 years of age as on 01-01-2020, i.e., the candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-01-1990 and not later than 01-01-1999.
Relaxation in Age Limit:-
- 5 years for SC/ST categories candidates.
- 3 years for OBC categories candidates.
Selection Process:-
- Phase I – Preliminary Examination
- Phase II – Mains Examination
- Phase III – Interview
