Eligibility Criteria for SEBI Recruitment 2020:-
Educational Qualification:-
- For General stream
Qualification:- Master’s Degree in any discipline, Bachelors’ Degree in Law, Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering from a recognized university, CA / CFA / CS / Cost Accountant.
- For Legal stream
Qualification:- Graduation in Law from a recognized University / Institute.
- For Information Technology stream
Qualification:- Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Electronics and Communication / Information Technology / Computer Science) OR master’s in computers application OR Graduation Degree in any discipline with a post graduate qualification (minimum 2 years duration) in Computers / Information Technology.
- For Engineering (civil) stream
Qualification:- Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognize University / Institute.
- For Engineering (electrical) stream
Qualification:- Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University / Institute.
- For Research stream
Qualification:- Master’s Degree in Statistics / Economics / Commerce / Business Administration (Finance) / Econometrics from a recognized University / Institute.
- For Official Language stream
Qualification:- Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as one of the subjects at Graduation Degree level or master’s degree in Sanskrit / English / Economics / Commerce with Hindi as a subject at Graduation Degree level from a recognized University / Institute.
Age Limit:-
- A candidate must not have exceeded the age of 30 years as on February 29, 2020 i.e., candidate must have been born on or after March 01, 1990.
Relaxation in Age Limit:-
- 05 years for SC/ST categories candidates.
- 03 years for OBC categories candidates.
- 10 years for PWD categories candidates.
Salary:-
Salary of officer grade A is 28,150 rupees to 55,600 rupees per month.
Probation Period:- The successful candidates recruited for the post of Officer Grade ‘A’ shall undergo probation of two years.
Application Fees:-
- 1000 rupees for general/ OBC/ EWS categories candidates.
- 100 rupees for SC/ST/PWD categories candidates.
Selection Process of SEBI Recruitment:-
Selection of candidates can be done in three phase.
- Phase I – on-line screening examination consisting of two papers of 100 marks each
- Phase II – on-line screening examination consisting of two papers of 100 marks each.
- Phase III – Interview
